Corona’s New Utilities Customer Portal is Right Around the Corner
Get ready for a better experience with the City of Corona’s Utilities Department! We’re launching our new Customer Portal December 3rd, 2024. This new platform is designed to be secure, convenient, and super simple to use!
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Easy Payments: Pay bills effortlessly with no online service fees.
Digital Wallet: Save payment methods and schedule future payments.
Usage Insights: Track and compare usage for smarter utility decisions.
Alerts: Get notified about new bills and due dates.
Self-Service: Update contact info, start/stop service, and more.
No Re-Enrollment Needed for Current Users
If you are currently registered in our existing portal, don’t worry you won’t have to re-enroll. Once the new portal is launched, you will receive an email to re-set your password.
Important Note for Customers:
To ensure a smooth transition, the Customer Payment Portal will be unavailable starting Monday, December 2, at 9:00 PM through the afternoon of Tuesday, December 3. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your experience!
