City Council Meetings

City Council meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
Meetings take place at City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue, Corona, CA 92882.

Agendas
Printed agendas are available the day of the Council Meeting:

• Outside the Council Chambers
• Inside the back of the Council Chambers
• From City Clerk staff at the front of the room

Speaking at a Meeting (In Person)
Members of the public may speak on:

• Any item listed on the agenda
• Non-agenda items during Communications from the Public (items must relate to City Council business)

Each speaker is limited to three minutes per item.

To speak, complete a speaker card located at the back of the Council Chambers and give it to City Clerk staff. When your item is called, the Mayor will invite speakers to come to the podium in the center of the room.

Translating Area

We offer an area where you can bring your own translator, if you need an area, please contact the Office of the City Clerk.

Speaking Remotely (Zoom or Phone)
You may also attend and speak remotely by Zoom or telephone.
The Zoom link and telephone number are listed at the top of the second page of each meeting agenda and changes for every meeting.

To speak during the meeting, use the “Raise Hand” feature in Zoom. The time limit is still three minutes.
