Who Can Attend:
Ages 8+. Younger children welcome if no babysitter is available.
What You’ll Learn (in 2 hours):
- How to recognize cardiac arrest
- When and how to call 9-1-1
- CPR with chest compressions for adults, children, and infants
- How to use an AED (defibrillator)
- How to help a choking victim using abdominal thrusts
Note: This is an American Heart Association Hands-Only CPR class. No certification is provided.
