Run with ACOP: Earn Rankings while Making Life-Long Friends
Don’t miss Corona Police Department’s next Run with ACOP (Anti Childhood Obesity Project) event!
During the school year, students can earn miles and ranking by completing a certain number of miles. Not only are the students fighting Childhood Obesity, they are also meeting their officers and making life-long friends.
Run with ACOP takes place every second Tuesday of the month, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., on the Corona City Hall South Lawn, 400 S. Vicentia Ave. The next event will be held next Tuesday, February 11, 2020.
Ranking and Distance
Cadet – 10 miles with Run with ACOP
Police Officer – 20 miles with Run with ACOP
Sergeant – 30 miles with Run with ACOP
Lieutenant – 40 miles with Run with ACOP
Captain – 50 miles with Run with ACOP
Chief – 50 miles with Run with ACOP and 100 miles with the 100 Mile Club®

The Corona Police Department established the Run with ACOP initiative as a community partner with the 100 Mile Club® in 2016. The mission of the Run with ACOP initiative is to raise child obesity awareness and to promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth of the community.
