Corona Cruiser's Poetry & Art Contest Winners featured in the Library Gallery

Post Date:08/05/2019 2:30 PM

The Corona Public Library will be featuring the artwork of the Corona Cruiser’s Poetry and Art on the Bus Contest in the upstairs gallery beginning August 6 through August 31, 2019. The community is invited to stop by the gallery and appreciate the artwork!

Since 2009, the Corona Cruiser's Poetry and Art on the Bus program has enabled local high school students to showcase their talents. This year’s contest received over 270 individual entries featuring the theme “California Dreaming.” Contest winners and other select participants had their artwork proudly displayed on the interior of the Corona Cruiser fleet, enriching the experience for bus patrons on their trips. The Poetry and Art on the Bus program is a prime example of the many ways the Corona Cruiser connects the community and enhances the quality of life in the City of Corona.
