Author Luncheon featuring Crime, Mystery, & Thriller Authors
Join the Friends of the Corona Public Library on Saturday, October 21 as they welcome five exciting authors for the 5th Annual Author Luncheon. This popular luncheon will be hosting once again crime, mystery and thriller authors for you to meet and hear from. A hot catered lunch with dessert is included. Authors books will be for sale during event and a book signing will follow.
Meet the authors:
Glen Erik Hamilton's debut PAST CRIMES won the Anthony, Macavity, and Strand Magazine Critics awards, and was also nominated for the Edgar, Barry, and Nero awards.
Kate Carlisle is the New York Times best- selling author of two ongoing series. Several of her books have already been made into Hallmark movies with more to come!
Edan Lepucki is the New York Times best- selling author of the novels Woman No. 17 and California. She is the founder of Writing Workshops Los Angeles.
David Putman is retired from a career in law enforcement. His novels, The Disposables and The Replacements were both finalists for the Southern California Independent Booksellers Assn awards.
Ona Russell is the author of three award-winning Sarah Kaufman historical mysteries. Her novel, "Rule of Capture" was the winner of the 2015 IPPY silver medal for regional fiction and praised by LA Times as the “L.A. mystery of the summer.” Ona has also agreed to be our moderator this year.
Tickets are available in the Friends of the Library BookShop located in the Corona Public Library or they can be purchased online. No tickets will be sold at the door.
