CORONA, CA– On Sunday, May 13, 2018, at 8:45 p.m., the Corona Police Dispatch received a call of shots fired in the 1200 block of W. Tenth Street. Officers arrived and located two adult males who appeared to have been shot in an alley way at the location, 21-year-old Arlit Chanloeung of Corona and his father, 48-year-old Chyleng Chanloeung of Corona.
Both adult males were treated on the scene by the Corona Fire Department and transported to the Corona Regional Medical Center. Arlit later succumbed to his injuries and was released to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office. His father was treated for a non-life-threatening wound and was released at the hospital.
