Things That Are Not Here Anymore: The Story of Urban Renewal in Corona

On Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. A discussion will take place about how in the sixties the citizens of Corona embarked upon a project that changed downtown Corona forever. Fifty years later, Urban Renewal continues to effect our downtown. Learn more about this significant time in the life of the Circle City from Circle City legend, Jim Pauly, a downtown businessman from the 40s to the 90s. 

The event will be hosted by Dr. Samuel Buenrostro, the Vice President of the Corona History Association and Deputy Superintendent, Instructional Support for the CNUSD. 

The event will be presented by Don Williamson, Founder & President of the Corona History Association.
